Company's Assets
The company owns shares in the Tareeq al-Khbara Refinery, located in Diwaniyah Governorate, by 51% for the production of oxidized bitumen Class 40-50 and light and heavy diesel. The refinery operates with a production capacity of 600 T/H. In addition, the company owns several factories, the first factory is for the production of Asphalt, German origin, AMMAN, model 2023, with a production capacity of 260 T/H, as well as two factories for the production of soft concrete, the first factory of German origin, AMMAN (ELBA), model 2023, with a production capacity of 120 T/H, and the second factory Schwingenk, German-origin, model 2007 updated, with a production capacity of 120 T/H. The fourth laboratory is for improving Bitumen by adding the polymer material (Marini) of Italian origin, model 2022. In addition to a system for the production of cationic emulsified bitumen (Tack Coat) Marini of Italian origin, model 2022, as well as a fleet of 10 sprayers’ modern cars dedicated to the work of spraying the Tack Coat material with the latest existing technology. The location of the aforementioned factories is in Baghdad – Yusufiyah – on Highway No. 1, with two separate locations.
